ToolPDF is a free online platform that provides tools for editing, converting, organizing, and securing PDF files, with no registration required.
Browser-side tools: process files locally in your browser without uploading to any server.
Server-side conversions: file is temporarily uploaded, converted, and immediately deleted.
Privacy-first design: no account creation, no data retention, no advertising.
Free and unrestricted: no file size limits, no daily limits, no watermarks.
3.Acceptable Use
You may use ToolPDF for any lawful purpose. The following guidelines define acceptable and prohibited use:
Permitted uses
- Personal document management and file conversion
- Commercial use: converting business documents, reports, presentations
- Processing multiple files for legitimate business purposes
- Converting between PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and image formats
Prohibited uses
- Processing files that contain illegal content or infringe on third-party intellectual property
- Automated abuse, denial-of-service attacks, or overloading our servers
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the service
4.Intellectual Property
The ToolPDF website design, original code, and documentation are copyright of their respective authors. The source code is released under the MIT License. Third-party libraries are subject to their own licenses, listed in our Legal Notice.
5.Disclaimer of Warranties
ToolPDF is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without any warranties of any kind. We strongly recommend keeping backups of all original files before processing.
